Stien Langs Sjøen

Nyt en guidet frisk tur langs Harstad's nydelige 'Stien Langs Sjøen', på historisk grunn.  Avslutt med et deilig måltid på Trondenes Historiske Senter med panoramautsikt over fjorden. Valgfri musikalsk underholdning, enten på sentret eller i den vakre gamle kirken langs stien. I området finner man spor etter vikinger, en steinkirke fra middelalderen med vakre orignale kunstverk, og en mørk historie fra 2. verdenskrig da Nazistene var her og drev en konsentrasjonsleir og bygde store kanoner.

The Path along the Sea

A guided walk along the beautiful and historical 'Path by the Sea' completed by a delicious meal with stunning panoramic view to the sea. An atmospheric concert in the old stone church along the path is also possible.  The walk is on historical grounds where people have lived for thousends of years. The Vikings lived here and there is an old stone church from the middle ages with original artwork. There is also the very dark chapter from WW2 as the Nazi's had a military base here and a concentration camp.

En verdensomseiling gjennom film og mat

Film og mat kveldene KinOmatisk har vært svært populære i Harstad. De er utsolgt flere uker i forvegen. Om du vil kjøpe en gruppe med billetter kan vi åpne opp for ekstraforestillinger, eller du kan kjøpe en lukket forestilling. Maks 80 personer. Ta kontakt for arrangement og datoer du kan velge mellom. Filmene er flotte kritikerroste kvalitetsfilmer fra rundt om i verden, og Umami lager mat fra landet til filmen vi viser. Filmen har en filmvitenskapelig innledning. www.kinomatisk.no

A travel around the world through film and food

Arthouse film and food nights, KinOmatisk,  have been very popular in the local town of Harstad. Seats have been sold out several weeks in advance. If you would like to buy a group of tickets we could open up extra shows, or you could buy a private viewing. Maximum 80 people. Please get in touch for dates and films you can choose between. Gjør ditt besøk i den beroligende Arktiske naturen komplett ved å ta dette kurset i Mindfullness. Det hjelper deg til å øke evnen til å styre eget fokus og mestre stress. Kurset ledes av psykologspesialist Marit Hokland er ideelt for bedrifter og organisasjoner. Kurset kan tilpasses etter behov både med tanke på innhold og lengde på kurset. Kanskje en time tre dager på rad, eller tre halve dager spredd over seks måneder?

It is led by experienced psychologist Marit Hokland, and it is ideal for businesses and organisations. The course can be adapted to your needs, in relation to content and the length of the course. Perhaps an hour three days in a row, or three half days spread across sixs months?
